VERCEL INTEGRATION · PRIVATE BETA

Vercel integration license agreement

Terms for invited testers of the Enterface Vercel integration.

Effective October 19, 2026.

1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between the user and AI Internet Ventures, operating Enterface, at 28 Geary Street, Suite 650, San Francisco, CA 94108, United States. By connecting the Vercel integration in Enterface and authorizing it in Vercel, you accept these terms. A person acting for an organization must have authority to do so.

2. Private-beta license

Subject to these terms and an invitation, Enterface grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the integration for your own or your organization's authorized evaluation. No right to publicly distribute the beta installer, sublicense it, or grant uninvited users access is included. Enterface retains its software rights; you retain your rights in your project data. Applicable open-source license rights remain unaffected.

3. Access and permitted use

You authorize the read-only Vercel access approved during installation to identify your account and installation and list accessible projects. This beta does not offer deployment or project-changing actions. You must have permission to connect the relevant account, team and projects. Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials, interfere with services, or use the integration unlawfully. Restrictions do not override rights that cannot legally be restricted.

4. Third-party services

Vercel accounts, services, charges and availability remain governed by your agreement with Vercel. Enterface is responsible for its integration; Vercel is not a party to this agreement and does not provide Enterface support. Installation does not grant rights to third-party software or services beyond their own terms.

5. Data and security

The separate integration privacy notice describes the server-side authorization service, encrypted credentials, connection metadata and local handles. You are responsible for your devices and account access. Do not provide passwords or secrets in support messages. No system is guaranteed secure.

6. Beta limitations

The integration is experimental and may contain errors, become unavailable, or change. Keep independent backups and verify information before relying on it. No production availability or support response-time guarantee is made. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is supplied as available without warranties of fitness, merchantability or uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Ending participation

You may stop using and disconnect the integration at any time. Remove it in Vercel to revoke provider authorization. Enterface may suspend access for misuse or security reasons, or end the beta. Disconnection does not delete your Vercel projects. Privacy obligations and accrued rights continue where applicable.

8. Changes, law and contact

Material changes should be communicated before continued use under revised terms. These terms do not require arbitration or specify a liability cap or chosen jurisdiction. Questions: build@enterface.io.
